Send the item back to us in the original packaging. Follow the instructions on the back side of the packaging slip. We will send you a new item as soon as possible.

When you exchange or return an item, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself.

Our women’s cycle wear is made in Italy. This means the items are smaller than regular European and American sizes. We recommend you to order one size larger for most items. You can find more info at the specific product pages. For each product you will find the size chart and measuring tips at the product page.

You can also determine the right size using the sizing guide. Using the form at the bottom of that page you can easily request free sizing advice. We’d be glad to assist!

Ingeklikt is an online store and we don’t have a physical shop. Do you really want to try a garment before you order? Contact us for the possibilities.

It is possible to pay after you’re received your order using Klarna or creditcard. Choose this payment method at the checkout page and follow the steps.

When a size is out of stock and we expect new items from our supplier, you can order it as a pre-order. This is always indicated at the specific product page. Select your size to see the estimated delivery date. Do you have questions about a pre-order? Don’t hesistate to contact us.

Clothing manufacturing is human’s work and sometimes we make a little mistake. If something breaks, please try to assess the problem yourself. A loose seam can often be cut off cautiously. Is the problem getting bigger? You can arrange a repair yourself and send us the receipt. We can also send it back to our manufacturer for you. This will take at least 4 weeks.

All our cycle wear is made in Europe. The fabrics are developed and tested thoroughly in Italy, including wind tunnel tests. The items are sewed in a modern production facility in Romania.

We’ve been collaborating with the same supplier for years. They have an ISO 9001 certificate and a social audit SA 8000 certificate. This means they produce according to the international standard for a quality management system and operate in a socially responsible manner.

We solely produce in Europe to avoid long shipping distances of our stock. Besides that we order small quantities of stock, thereby avoiding overproduction.

We ship all packages in a fitted packaging so the transportation vans of our shipment partners aren’t filled with ‘air’.
