We totally understand that you want to cycle in your new outfit as soon as possible. Because of that we’ll try our best to make this happen. Read everything you need to know.

  • Shipping address outside of Europe // 10 Euros

Has your package been damaged?

Please inform us as soon as possible and return it within 14 days to get a full refund. In case your package hasn't been delivered because you provided us with a faulty address, we cannot be held responsible.


Do you need a different size, a different design or do you prefer, for example, a sleeveless jersey instead of one with sleeves? This is how you handle your exchange:

    1. Order the new items you would like to receive by placing a new order in the shop.
    2. Fill in the form at the back of your packing slip.
    3. Send the returned items back within 30 days and take care of sufficient postage. Choose yourself with which party you want to send the package back.
    4. Your new order will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will be refunded the purchase price within a week of receiving the return.


Is an item not what you expected? Then you can return it easily. We only accept garments in an unused, unharmed state. You’ll get a full refund within a few days!

  • Complete the return form on the back of the packaging label (just let us know if you need any help with this :)).
  • Return the item to us in the original packaging, within 30 days after your return note.
  • You’ll get a full refund within 1 week after we’ve received your return package.

Warranty on defect inmaterials

We only sell top quality cycle wear. We ensure this by closely cooperating with experience Italian manufacturers that have been producing the items we sell for years.

Does an item you’ve purchase have a clear defects in materials? Please do not wear it and inform us as about the problem as soon as possible.

A defect in materials could be a loose seam or a broken zipper. We warrant all apparel to be free of defects in material for a period of one calendar month. In this case you can have the item repaired and send us the receipt so we can cover the costs.

Treat your cycle wear with love

Have you bought an Ingeklikt item and has it been damaged during use? In this case Ingeklikt cannot be held responsible.

We strongly recommend you to wash all garments inside out with the zippers closed at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. Please do not use washing detergent! Do not put the garments in a bag with sharp objects, do not wear it with a backpack and hang it (don’t wring it) to dry in the shadow.
