Everything you need to know about your order
Because you want to conquer the asphalt wearing your new cycling kit as soon as possible, we try our utmost to dispatch within 48 hours*. Shipping is free for all Dutch orders plus for all European orders > € 150. In case your total order is less than € 150, the shipping costs are 5 Euros for European orders and 10 Euros for all other countries. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including track & trace.
Currently we ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgary, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Is your package damaged or haven’t you received anything**? Please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]
* For pre-orders and backorders, the delivery dates vary and are stated on the product page.
** Please return the damaged package within 14 days to get your money back. In case you’ve given us the wrong delivery address when ordering, the responsibility is yours.
Is your purchased item not quite what you expected? Please feel free to return it to us.
How it works:
- Inform us within 14 days after you’ve received the order by completing the return form.
- During the 14 days after your notification, you can send the item back to us. Please take this into account:
- We only accept returns of items that are unused, undamaged and well-packed.
- Use registered post when returning something, so we both know where the package is located at any time.
- You’ll have to pay the shipping costs yourself.

Within 14 days after we’ve received the item, you will get your refund.
Unfortunately we aren’t able to exchange your return. If the item you are looking for is still available, you can place a new order in our shop. If it’s sold out, we can place a backorder for you. Please contact us via [email protected], we’d love to help you.
When you buy cycle wear at Ingeklikt, you can be sure that the quality is good. We work together with experienced Italian manufacturers who have been producing the items we sell for years. Does your purchase contain a fabrication error when you receive it? Please don’t wear it and inform us ASAP.
A fabricaton error can be a loose seam or a broken zipper for example. If you discover such an error within a month after purchase, you can exchange the item for a comparable one.
Did you receive the item in a perfect state and has it been damaged after use? Then Ingeklikt cannot be held reponsible. We recommend you to wash the items inside out, with the zippers closed. Don’t use fabric softener and keep the items a safe distance from velcro. Also, wash the items on max. 30 degrees and in a protective washing bag.
Don’t carry the items with you in a bag with sharp items, don’t wring them out after washing and don’t wear them with a backpack. Treat your items with care and you will love them for years!
